This Privacy Policy outlines how Yora Studio collects, processes, and protects your information within NeonRise, an online FPS game. By creating a YoraID and accessing our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Account System (YoraID)

To access NeonRise's online features, users must create a YoraID. We collect:

• Email Address: Used for account creation, verification, and recovery.
• Password: Stored in an encrypted format; we never see your plain-text password.
• Nickname: A default name is assigned upon registration, which users may change freely.

2. Technical Data and Telemetry

To ensure game stability and security, we collect technical information during your gameplay sessions:

• IP Address Logging: We record your IP address during account registration, logins, and critical transactions. These records are kept indefinitely for security, verification, and anti-fraud purposes.
• Device Information: In case of errors or crashes, our telemetry system collects device brand/model, OS version, game version, and regional settings.
• Server Infrastructure: Our primary account and database servers are located in Istanbul, Turkiye. Real-time multiplayer connectivity is powered by Photon.

3. Data Security and Legal Disclosure

All data transmitted between the game client and our servers is protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption protocols.

Your privacy is paramount. However, Yora Studio reserves the right to disclose your information (including IP addresses and account details) to law enforcement or government officials if required by law or in response to a valid legal request (e.g., court order or subpoena).

4. Gameplay Features and Social

• In-Game Chat: NeonRise does not currently feature a text or voice chat system.
• Anti-Cheat: While there is no dedicated third-party anti-cheat software at this stage, we monitor server-side logs to maintain fair play. We reserve the right to implement automated anti-cheat systems in the future.
• In-App Purchases (IAP): Although not currently active, future updates may include IAP handled securely through official platform providers.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via the email address associated with your YoraID. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
